I thought this training was excellent definitely some of the best sales training I've experienced in my career. I came in skeptical because it was unknown but it absolutely resonated with me because I'm doing a lot of personal self-discovery work right now as well.
The client shared how they are preparing for a major industry conference. Instead of just a booth, they created an immersive experience in a dedicated conference room. As they walked their sales team through it, one of them said, "you just built the Braintrust NeuroSelling Wheel." The experience was designed to guide prospects through the 6Ps as they move through the room, bringing the framework to life in a tangible way and their sales team instantly picked up on it.
It was the best sales training I've been in. Actual learnings (backed by science) and practical steps to apply.
The work we did on standards of excellence gave me a framework I could refine and share with my manager, demonstrating value not just for my role, but for the team. That work was then expanded to support a shift toward a more centralized model, and I was able to bring those standards to the team, helping positively influence others, including those who were initially less enthusiastic about the change.

Extremely helpful and applicable. I implemented some of the suggested approaches in a conversation I had today. I could instantly hear his stress level at the start of the conversation. He wants to succeed, but we identified that his focus on how to get there may not be the most productive. I could hear his stress level decreasing as the conversation went on. This was an excellent program that demonstrates a very strong understanding of the importance of delivery versus content. The presentation hit hard and fast right from the start, which immediately grabbed my attention and kept me engaged. I didn't want to miss anything important, and you actually could, but that made it feel high stakes to pay close attention. Both presenters brought fantastic energy and their dynamic together was particularly effective. Coaching added discipline to creating better habits and remembering what's really important. I would easily default back before, this helped me make it a habit.
I was enjoying playing around with creating some different personas, but also the objections that I was less comfortable with. So it forced me into the situation where I was going to see how hard they were going to dig in on that stuff. It gave me just enough of, a wince that I knew in preparing for some of my meetings last week. I wasn't going to allow myself to walk in without feeling more comfortable with those things.
Dan is extremely engaging and great at delivering concepts as it directly relates to our role/organization. I always have multiple takeaways/actionable items from the sessions with Dan and this group.

I've used the AI practice a few times before calls, and it's helpful to just get the words out before you get on the phone with somebody to run through it. So I found that to be beneficial.

I am in Procurement and Sales however there were parts of the training that could be applied to my role and daily life as well. Finding the bond that connects you to the other person seems key to a lasting partnership and that is something that applies to every role. Also, rephrasing questions away from "what" and "how". That will take time to learn but I feel it will make a big impact.
The training will drastically increase my productivity in effective communication with new and existing customers from here on out.

Love this, very effective! It helps, clarify a lot of intuition, some auto pilot responses, and possibly some gaps in your communication style.
The training was so interesting and informative that I couldn't believe how quickly the 2 hours had passed. It left me wanting more.
It's really nice to use it and get the analytics. But if you really want to push yourself and see how, how clear am I really coming across? Go back and watch your video. It's hard to do. I think you get into your groove and you get so used to doing it, you stop thinking about how does this come across to the customer?
So I don't use it so much for routine calls, things that we do on a regular basis, but this was with a prospect that had expressed that they were not interested via email, but still accepted the call. So I wanted to test some objections and fail in front of the AI first. I was able to set my AI to have a more negative tone. The call went probably better because I got some of those nerves out ahead of time.

It will allow me to not jump straight into the solution but work on understanding the problem or pain point instead of assuming I know the pain point.
