My Walt Disney World College program experience in Summer 1986 has set the stage for all else thereafter. The idea of taking executives beyond what they know about themselves through the power of experience, understanding its impact, has been front of mind ever since. Little did I know that leveraging neuroscience was at the core of its relevance and lasting value.
