Free Seller Trust Index Diagnostic

Send Us One Sales Call. We’ll Show You Where Trust Was Built or Lost.

Exporting a transcript from most sales-call platforms takes only a few minutes. Follow the steps below and send us the conversation. You can anonymize it first. If you are authorized to share it as-is, Braintrust can anonymize it for you. We’ll analyze how the seller built trust across the call for free.

A transcript is enough to begin. Full scoring may also use the authorized recording.

Before You Begin

You only need one representative conversation.

Do not overthink the selection. A real call with meaningful buyer participation gives us enough context to see where the seller created confidence, introduced friction, or allowed trust to decay.

Which Call Should You Send?

Choose a call where the outcome wasn’t obvious.

The most useful transcript is rarely the cleanest call. Choose one where the rep had to earn confidence, navigate resistance, or create enough certainty for the buyer to move forward.

Good option

Discovery call

Best for seeing whether the seller created psychological safety, asked trust-building questions, and earned the right to go deeper.

Good option

Objection or late-stage call

Best for measuring how the rep responded under pressure and whether their words and delivery increased or reduced perceived risk.

Avoid: calls with almost no buyer dialogue, internal meetings, onboarding calls, or conversations where the seller simply presents without meaningful interaction.
What Happens Next

We turn the conversation into coachable evidence.

The goal is not to grade whether the rep followed a script. It is to reveal how the buyer’s trust changed across the words, delivery, and arc of the conversation.

01

We review the conversation

We analyze the seller’s language and sequencing, then use the authorized recording when needed to assess delivery, silence, and composure under pressure.

02

We map the trust arc

We identify where trust strengthened, flattened, decayed, or had to be rebuilt.

03

We surface pivotal moments

You see the specific exchanges that helped or hurt the opportunity.

04

We coordinate your diagnostic

Braintrust follows up with the next step for reviewing the findings.

Common Questions

Transcript export FAQ.

Do I need to send the audio or video?

A transcript is enough to begin. Because the full Seller Trust Index also evaluates tone, pace, silence, and composure, Braintrust may ask for authorized access to the recording after intake. Do not send audio or video unless your organization permits it.

Can I remove customer and company names?

Yes. Replace identifying names with labels such as Seller, Buyer, CFO, or Company. Preserve the order and wording of the conversation as much as possible.

Can Braintrust anonymize the transcript for me?

Yes. If you are authorized to share the original transcript, upload it through the form and ask Braintrust to anonymize it. We can replace names, companies, and other identifying details before the diagnostic is completed.

What file formats can I send?

Native transcript files, plain-text files, Word documents, PDFs, pasted transcript text, authorized recordings, or authorized share links can work. Common upload formats include .vtt, .txt, .doc, .docx, .pdf, .srt, and .rtf.

What if I cannot download the transcript?

Your platform account may restrict downloads. Ask your administrator, meeting organizer, or call owner to export it. You can also send an authorized share link, recording, or pasted transcript text when permitted.

Which call will produce the best diagnostic?

A real buyer conversation with meaningful back-and-forth is best. Discovery calls, objection calls, and deals that stalled or slipped are often especially revealing.
