Logic doesn't create trust. It rationalizes a decision trust already made.
Every seller has lost a deal they were sure they'd win: better product, sharper demo, a business case the buyer couldn't argue with. And the buyer went with someone else anyway. That's not bad luck or politics, it's neuroscience. The brain evaluates every new person across three systems, in a fixed order: is this person safe, do I trust them, and only then, does this make sense. By the time your logic shows up, the decision about whether to trust you has usually already been made.
